I had less than 2 hours in the studio today (outside interference) so my plan was to video myself doing this monochrome painting but as my time ended it looked like the video was not going to load up, so I will try again tomorrow but here is a picture taken with my cell phone.

Standing Boy

As you can see there is no image here, after posting it and getting a few comments from my respected freinds I thought I would put this painting aside and revisit it at a later date.
I would like to thank all the people that follow my blog, I really enjoy the input and I am excited about a couple of ideas for new works that I can't wait to share.

Busy busy busy

I have 4 paintings that are on the easels at different stages of completion, "I like that" here is one, just need about 2 more hours...I think.

This is the new project for the Karin Jurick site ,Different Strokes From Different Folks. A bi-weekly challenge for any artist who would like to join in . I spent 3 hours to the point I am now but still much more to do.

Fix it

I was looking at a few recent works that I have painted and have decided that some things need fixed, so that is my task on this day.

News

I bought a canoe so that I can travel the local Hillsbourgh River and increase my subject matter.

I took a panel and glued wrinkled paper to it and did this little painting this morning from memory, I may put it aside and add to it later.
