Just 1 more

I'm suppose to be heading out the door for dinner but I got caught by my lady saying "just one more"..this is the work where I put a grid on the canvas and I'm painting each square as an abstract one at a time {upside down}. I think it may work better for landscapes but I'll try all things once.

Work in progess

I was talking to someone recently about the passion for certain art projects, this one that I'm attempting now I really want to get it right. I took a photo at an art show of people mingling about and way in the background was a little girl barely visible but as I zoomed in on the computer it struck me that she favored a Renaissance Madonna so in this work I want a group of us common folk with a Madonna like figure as the focal point.

I Want

10 Things I want to do today.
1.Draw the DSFSF challage.
2.Do a painting of business men playing tug of war.
3.Do a painting for James Parkers site.
4.Finish the 7 paintings I got a good start on.
5.Finish the 3 paintings I got a bad start on.
6.Work on my new web site
7.Do a happy painting of some rough looking Rappers embracing a shy old business man and call it "My Peeps".
8.Move to a loft in N.Y.C.
9.Take a nap.
10.Could not think of 10, guess I'm lazy.
