Boxer 20x24 oil on panel


I started this awhile back it had a green tint so I didn't consider it finished but with my new love affair with burnt sienna which I use as a glaze this one is signed and searching for a dark frame.

Wow! It's a biggee too! I love the warm look to this. Boxing is a cool sport. Do you think you will do a series on it?

I find Transparent Red Oxide is even better than Burnt Sienna!

Or a red frame? Another great piece, David. This has a feel of yesteryear boxers...methinks it is the overglaze in the sepia, but I love it!
